SHIPPING

We take pride in our service and aim to ship orders promptly so you guys get them ASAP!

For all orders within Australia standard shipping is used and you should receive your parcel within 4-5 business days for metro areas - up to 10 for regional areas - from the date you place your order.  A signature is required for this service otherwise a card for collection will be left and the parcel will be taken to the local Post Office.

If you choose to use the Express Delivery service, you need to place your order by 5pm for us to dispatch it the next morning and you will receive it the following day - up to 4 business days for regional areas.  No signature is required for this service and the parcel will be left at your address.

We do recommend choosing the Standard Shipping if you won't be present to receive the delivery or feel its not safe to leave the parcel at the address as Tantrik Boarding will not be held liable for any damage or theft that may occur.

Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number. You can then track your order using your tracking number and the link on your dispatch confirmation email.

For all International Orders please allow 6-10 days for delivery.

Please be aware that some countries charge local customs or import duties which will be the receivers responsibility.

We use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, however, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control.
