RETURNS

We'll always do our best to take care of customers so don't worry if you feel there is an issue with your product, Tantrik Boarding will happily provide an exchange or credit note so long as all our conditions are met as follows:   

• Returns must be received by us within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be received in their original condition, being unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Tantrik Boarding reserves the right to reject your return if it has an odour of perfume/deodorant, makeup/tanning or detergent marks.

• If your return is not received in its original condition, a credit note will not be issued and your item will be returned to you.

• Tantrik Boarding does not process credit notes or exchanges for change of mind.

• Please also check the sizing chart carefully prior to purchase as we do not exchange or credit if the garment doesn't fit.  

• If you feel your item is faulty, we will assess prior to exchange.

Returns and exchanges are easy! Simply fill in the Returns form enclosed with the item/s your sending back and drop it in the mail.  Any returns sent to us are at the customers expense, however, we will send the first one back to you free of charge. 

International customers will be charged a flat postage fee of $15 AUD to send an exchanged item/s.
